Our stance on tradition & equality

IMANAH Sattvic Match does not promote or endorse casteism, racism, or any form of discrimination — we hold that all people are equal in dignity. We respect everyone's rights, and we are equally sensitive to everyone's feelings. So we allow you to follow your own tradition as it asks of you, while remaining mindful of those who may be adversely affected by it. Tools such as lineage (gotra), community, mother-tongue, and astrological compatibility (kundli) are offered purely as optional aids — off by default, never used to rank or judge anyone, and always yours to ignore. In keeping with the laws of India, we do not provide any section for dowry; what people agree privately outside our platform is beyond our control.
